1:
Discover basic yoga poses, essential breathing techniques,
and tools to relax the body and mind.
Level
1-2:
A class that is energizing and restorative. Depending
on the needs of the class Suzanne will adapt the poses
from a free flowing style towards longer yin holds. It's
a physical practice combined with various breathing techniques,
as well as some guided meditation.
Refresh
and Rejuvenate:
A 50-minute practice to energize the body, clear
the mind and renew the spirit. All levels are welcome.
Open
Up:
Open the body, free the mind, rejuvenate the spirit. An
all level class focused on deepening our awareness through
the practice of physical postures integrated with the
breath. Connecting the mind and body enhances balance,
clarity and well-being.
