“Mindful Yoga” ~ Tuesdays/Thursdays 10:30-11:55am

Suzanne teaches yoga to connect mind and heart. Her class is for all levels, and includes a slow vinyasa flow with some postures held in a light yin style. The practice is designed to enhance our awareness, and to discover conditioned patterns held in the body and mind that prevent us from realizing the truth of who we are. Suzanne creates a container within her class to explore a little deeper.

Private yoga sessions are also available.
